Petrelli is a great place for a refreshing drink in the summer or for something to warm you up in the winter. The restaurant is a place for chatting and good music where nothing stops you from playing yourself with the piano and bongo drums on the spot. During the summer, you can sit outside on the terrace, or the patio as they say in Oulu, and admire the scenery of the Gulf of Bothnia and the busy market place. Petrelli is named after captain Johan Fredrik Petrell who commissioned the construction of the building.
